Engineering systems

There are central air conditioning and balanced ventilation system in the business center produced by Clivet company (Italy). To control the microclimate in each separate office there are fan coils and VRF system. The heating and hot water supply of the building comes from the central city network. Engineering systems functioning is automated and dispatched.

Security service

The business center perimeter and its public areas (lobbies, elevators, parking) are under security monitoring by use of the access control system with individual magnetic cards, guard stations and video surveillance 24/7.
Business center has a modern fire safety with an alert and fire extinguisher system.

Power supply

Built-in two-transformer substation 10/0.4 kV with a capacity of 2x630 kVA provides the power supply of the building. Automatic load transfer at the inputs to the building provide uninterrupted power supply to all consumers in case of disconnection of one of the inputs. The building is equipped with a diesel generator.


Prime BC has its own telephone exchange and high-speed internet connection provided by Kyivstar, VOLZ, Mobicom, Intertelecom and Dataline.


There is a secured parking (surface and underground) with 29 car parking spaces for our tenants and guests.
